Hiking to Makaua Falls
This hike was a good one yesterday. There were two levels to the falls. There are ropes that you use to climb up beside the lower falls to get to the upper. I was by myself, so probably should not have done it, in case I slipped and fell, but I had my spikes on which always helps me immensely. I had the falls to myself, so I was able to set up my tripod and take some action shots of me climbing up the falls. I have a remote clicker for my camera which really comes in handy. They were not running very well but it is always a nice view. Especially this one is very tall. It must be amazing when the water is running strong.
